Cool, I wasn't aware that the Rafale was carrier capable. I just don't think that much about other countries even having carriers, so seeing anything that isn't in the US Navy flying off a ship is pretty neat.

The French have just one carrier, the de Gaulle. There were plans to build a second, but those plans were scuttled over budgetary concerns.
The Rafale has also flown from the deck of an American carrier. In these pictures, Rafales are operating from the USS Harry S Truman.
